Bose is one of the most overated names on the market, just a big name to sell products. I had a ford truck with an older alpine stereo, 8" sub, and a couple JL Audio speakers in the doors and that stereo sounded much much better then the bose system in my new audi.

Listen to MX classic all the time, high volume.

Given the typical range of this type of music, I would notice low quality.

Maybe you have one of those "bose label" only cars.... been reported in this board.

is nobody ever heard of it so they are confused on dealer floor and tend wander off to a Lexus dealer. Much better to have BOSE which they at least heard of but will not enjoy listening to if they actually listen.

The wander effect is weak for a mere stereo badge, but its there.

My old 6 watt alpine radio driving Focal 6.5 was good, my Symphony is bad indeed, unlistenable except for short traffic radio on AM. Bass down all the way.
