I've seen a few posts from guys on here wishing they could get an RS4 grill for the A4's, which only works for SLine cars. Here is an alternative, and although the pics from my Blackberry Pearl aren't great, you should get the idea.
If you know how to take off the front bumper, it's not difficult, but there are a few steps involved to get there.
1) The grill needs to be painted.
2) Chrome grill surround and Audi logo are removed from your factory grill, and installed on the Caractere version.
3) There is a plastic support bracket on the bumper that sits behind the upper portion of the grill. It has to be cut out, or you're left with what looks like half your old grill sitting behind the mesh - like you had an accident, and you went to Home Depot and bought chicken wire to cover it up.
I got mine painted and uninstalled from a local SLine owner, who didn't realize it wouldn't fit, so I got a good deal on it.. but in truth, if you start with a new grill and pay someone else to do the work, the price might work out to one RS4 grill and SLine bumper!

Im in SoCal, so eventually I'm gonna have to install the front plate - very seriously thinking about cutting the top and bottom off and just leaving the numbers... meet the spirit if not the letter of the law...

fit regular A4s. Remember the aftermarket usually base their products(exterior) on the standard A4.
Looks good BTW.
I believe the Oettinger looks similar, IIRC.

A lot of guys want the RS4 grill, but I actually prefer the look of this one. Like I said in the post, I'm not sure it's worth the price unless you REALLY want it..
