Cigarette Lighter Stuck in Down Position-Please Help...
My cigarette lighter is stuck down and wont spring back up. This happened when my GPS adapter got stuck and ended up breaking when I removed it from the lighter. Any ideas on how to get it to come back up or a way to remove it? Perhaps I need to replace the whole unit? Any advice would be great!

sometimes i would just wiggle it around with my finger
and or push it down more and it would eventually spring up...
but i have since removed it from my car because i don't smoke... and i put my vw touareg torch there
