Clicking Noise - Front Brakes

I recently got the front brake pads and rotors changed on my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro at 47.5K miles from the local Audi dealership. Upon applying the brakes at slow speeds (10-15 MPH), I sometimes hear a clicking noise coming from the front wheels. When I took the car back to the dealership, the service technician/specialist told me that they could not find anything wrong and everything checked out to be ok.
I still hear the noise (once in a while) after driving a short distance and braking for the first time, especially when I put the car in gear from park to drive. At other times I hear this noise when I am slowing down. The noise comes and goes especially if the car is going down a decline. Any suggestions as to what is causing this clicking noise?

I have the same problem. But I know now what the noise might be. It could be the spring clip that holds the caliper tight. Nothing to worry about except if that part comes off it could cost you around $24-$30.00 to replace. Or then you will have more noise coming from the caliper or brake pads radling. I lost one and had to replace it about a week and a half ago. So hopefully thats what the noise is and you wont have to worry to much. Good luck!!!!
