I personally think the shape is better for h/t and you can also mount the gas pedal cover cheated to the left to make it even easier. I think they were only like $50 or $60 to boot. I love mine.

2nd, i love mine too, much cheaper than RS4, but requires just a little more work to install.
i got the gunmetal ones. and since you have to drill where the pedals meet, you can pick the exact spot.
you need a drill, smallish drill bit, not sure the size, and a 10/32 tap. 15 min MAX to install. quicker than the rs4 pedals to install, but more work to do it.

The OEM RS4 pedal set are awesome. I had the AWE ones...
and as much as they were great for the price (more work to install), I always longed for a matching dead pedal. I actually used another aluminum dead pedal from another make in efforts to get there and it was (I guess) ok.
Another annoying issue that kept comming up was the rubber nubs kept popping off. I had to monkey around by adding glue to the underside of the pedals. It helped alittle but still popped off on occasion.
These RS4 pedals look great, a "complete" set too, and take all the abuse you can dish out.
IMHO, worth it.
ECS maybe pricey so just shop around if you decide they are for you.
As far as heel/toe, I honestly can't tell the difference (3/8" rise on the gas pedal).
Only if moving the pedals laterally was an option, then we're talkin.
I hope this helps.

Very very helpful
i too like the fitting dead pedal... AWE is so very close to my house but i really don't want to drill holes into my pedals.
btw... your car looks very sexy. i wish i had an avant.
