Evap code issues and stuttering throttle 2007 A4 2.0T

My 2007 A4 2.0 auto has been acting differently as of late and looking for some advice.
It idles rougher than my 2005 A4 6spd and, as I understand, is an issue others seem to have as well. However, the throttle stutters with very light pressure applied to the gas and the tach jumps/twitches . It occurs right around 2000-3500 RPMs and you can feel it pull the car ever so slightly...but doesn't seem as noticeable at higher RPMs/speed.
Car has 60,000 miles, current spark plugs have only 1000 miles, coil packs replaced under warranty and also have 1000 miles. Computer has just started posting two evap codes and flashing on the dash "Tighten Fuel Cap". Replaced the fuel cap a few days ago as well, but no change to the car performance.
Not noticing a significant decrease in fuel economy yet.
Recent codes pulled were:
P0442
P0456
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the advice.
I replaced the purge valve and that has prevented the evap codes from returning...which is great.
However, I still have noticeable twitching from the throttle and the tach hops around 2000-3000 rpms. It's most apparent when cruise control is being used. No new codes have appeared in over a month, but the car isn't running as healthy as a 69,000 mile Audi should.
