Does anybody know if it is possible to get the fog lights to come on when using the "Parking Lights" setting? I have a Canadian spec B7 with Xenon headlights - so that mean I have no control over the DRL.

As it stands, I'm only able to run the fog lights when I set my light to full on. In the parking light setting I get the side markers and the rear lights to come on. The light switch allows me to pull it out to turn the fog light on in the parking light mode but nothing happens.

It would be nice to be able to run either the DRL or the fog lights in the parking light mode. I've seen other B7s with this working, but they might not have had the Xenon headlights.

You have to "mod" it to work independant of the headlights. On the B5 it required soldering a relay, but it may be VAGable now.

Or you can just use fog lights when it's really required i.e. in foggy conditions.
