Was that PCV a warranty item ?

The PCV will be covered under warranty if you've still got a warranty. The valve isn't terribly expensive if you want to simply replace it yourself and avoid the hassles of leaving your car with the dealership. It's an easy DIY replacement and takes about 20 minutes or so to replace yourself.

Default Something similar myself

Before I cleaned the air intake and filter, I noticed mine was not starting easily, and had poor low-throttle response. The trottle response issue is gone, and 90% of the time the car starts quickly. The remaining 10% of the time, it skips a few times before really catching.

Also, when it's colder out (below 40 maybe), it idles quite roughly when in drive. In park it's smoother.

Since I complained about mileage being too low, and the exhaust pipes being a bit sooty, could the problem be that my coolant temp sensor is bad? Could it be thinking that I'm constantly running cold and richening the mix on me?

Just had a bad fuel injector and fouled spark plug replaced on cyl #2 and my idle is now smooth as new again.
