Default Has anyone done the down pipe with a catback system and dynoed the results?

I have an AWE cat back on the car. The listed dyno improvements are 12 HP and 8 ft-lbs of TQ.

I have seen down pipes listing improvements on a stock 2.0T as high as 19 HP and about the same TQ.

What should I expect from adding a down pipe?

How bout pullies?

Default If you dont care about the emissions, then for $80 you can't go wrong with the test pipe.

It really does add gobs of torque, esp in 3rd gear.

Default Test pipe is supposed to be an amazing value, but totally illegal. 20hp for $150....

Also, you might get some grief from Byers or MAG wherever you go. Because it is totally illegal, and they can visually see it, they might jump to conclusions that you have a chip, and void your warranty on future warranty claims. I would get the GIAC first, then later on down the road if you are still itching for some more power, you can get the test pipe.

They are only $80 from the link below, might as well get one, and GIAC that price is rediculous!!

Default I did an exhaust/test pipe install. I have before and after results posted up somewhere around here

Surprisingly, my results were not that great with stock tuning, but after I insalled APR flash, the results were dramatic. Check my pictureposter for dyno graphs, and search the archives for results and my post.
