Has anyone driven the 2.0T chipped compared to the 3.2l V6?

The 3.2 (3.1L but who's counting) is a good engine too... but it's a gas hog compared to the 2.0T and it's not really much faster.
The exhaust note is very good on the V6, and the 2.0T is the same as the 1.8Ts, which is ok for a 4-banger.

would've been much cheaper, but wifey wanted the V6, so we forked out the extra dough to make her happy.

I went from a B6 1.8T, chipped, to the B7 2.0T, and I've chipped that.
The extras you mention? Might not need 'em. They did a lot on the B7, like tweaked handling and ride, clutch take-up, brakes are way better, etc.
To answer your question, best I can determine based on a lot of people's input, that a 2.0T with APR 91 software puts out 240 or 245HP and the advertised 291 ft-lbs of torque. Some say only 235HP, but I think you need exhaust to get to 250 (maybe APR 93 or APR 100 gets close), and you need a K04 to go higher. And rumor is that it starts at more like 210HP than 200.
To all: Any major disputes with that? I think it's close.
So, the 3.2 is an honest 255. Hard to get there with a 2.0T, but not impossible. Some like that fact that they're not taking even the slightest warranty risk, as you do with after-market software.
I track my 2.0T and I enjoy it a lot. I think it's a great motor in a great car. And I can get 37MPG all day long on the hightway, and sometimes better.
Good luck whatever you decide. I'll tell you that I enjoy my car just as much now as I did the day I got it. That's saying a lot.

37MPG!!! How do you get that all day long? I'd be happy getting that once.
