It's easier on a lift, but...
I used my floor jacks and lifted the rear end of the car on jack stands. I had to drop the rear portion of my exhaust, but it's really a very straightforward install. Just re-install in the same order as you removed stuff. 6 bolts total.
Make sure and get the right bushings for the sway bar as well. Everything can be sourced from your dealer parts department.
