How much does one extra year alter the payments on a lease deal?

Using the national lease deal of $349/mo for 24 months as a model, how much less would the monthly payment be if it was a 36 month or 48 month lease? Is there a way to calculate this?

Depends on a few things, but for some odd reason when I picked up my A4 on a 24 month lease, it was actually cheaper by $9 a month to get the 24 month lease as opposed to the 36 month lease. Which was perfect for me anyways since I wanted the 24 month lease period instead of something longer. But it all depends on the sticker price, residual value they mark on the car, MF, your credit score, etc.

it was less a month to go for 48 months instead of 60 months. I am just trying to figure out ways to get my monthly payment down without putting more $ down.
