At mine I have to keep reminding myself that I'm not at a McDonald's. My service advisor and the tech have a combined age of less than 50 and they act their age. I hope they'll never take my car out for a road test.

no really, they have loaner cars that were the newest model, ie when i took my b6 there a while back i was given an 07 a4. they always wash and clean the car, considering they were the closest dealership to me within 50 miles, i was happy.

All have acted professionally and been reasonably accomodating.
Some more accomodating that others, but no service department has let me down.
Unfortunately, no hookers or blow. I think you have to buy an A8 for that.

Audi of Charlotte is the worst. First off the sales dept. pissed me off. Located the car I wanted, for the price I negotiated. Came back and said they couldn't get it anymore bec it was already sold, but they would cut me a deal with something they had on the lot. Said no more of the cars were available in the trim I wanted and I was SOL(they just wanted to sell me what they had that day). I walked, found the exact car I wanted at FLOW Audi in Winston-Salem, NC(great folks btw). Then when I brought in for service first advisor just treated me like ****, and thought I was an idiot. Service advisor 2 was better. Now they stopped doing loaner cars. I found an independent shop I am using this week for my 5k oil change. I will pretty much do anything to avoid giving them(audi of charlotte) my money, and they have also made me never want to own another audi until another dealer shows up in Charlotte.
sorry for the rant... had to vent haha.

My family takes both of our Audis to Flow Audi of Greensboro and they are very professional and do a nice job. Loaners are provided (shame I'm not old enough) we even got a brand new Mk2 TT! And they have it done on time and cleaned up as well!
