ME TOO!!!! I am taking mine in for service in two weeks and i am going to have them look at it. It is obnoxious when a passenger is in the car and there is no music on, so loud.

I have the same problem when the seat is pushed back all the way. I solved the problem by moving it forward a bit.

I have a similar problem but it is with the rear seats and it squeaks eventhough there's no one sitting on it, and it happens at every small movement, including engine vibration. Very annoying. Went in twice already, came out fine but comes back after a week or so. Going in again at 5000km service. Problem existed since day 1. What a pain in the ***, lovely car and all, but this does spoil the overall experience.
