For what it's worth, the service manager at my dealer told me that AoA used to use AAA for roadside assistance, but switched to Road America due to AAA's poor performance.

Default I called them here in Vegas and they arrived in 20 min....
I think it's just luck of the draw with thses things since its an outside company. There's no quality control. You just get lucky ....or unlucky.

Default mercedes has great service, had to call mercedes once for my c32
they came in an hour fixed the problem & gave me a work order to get the car serviced @ no charge since the car was under warranty. probably b/c there are more mercedes dealerships that audis
