Default how difficult was it to...

install the clear corner mod??? I am thinking that if i have to open the headlight assembly, i might as well change my DRL's aswell, possibly to LED.

I think I had a more difficult go at it then Gorobei, EddieMan, etc.

The "hardest" part for my was bumper removal and install/realignment. Took several hours to get it right.

Getting the lights out and going Betty Crocker on 'em was easy.

I changed out all my bulbs at the same time, but you can change your DRLs supereasy w/out removing the headlight lends.

Default If i can do the DRL's without removing the assembly...

then i am not in such a rush to do the clear corner mod, seeing as how i may be racking up tickets lol. Im more into changing the DRL's because i hate that dull halogen look! How do i go about changing them?

pop hood
remove headlight housing backing
locate drl bulb
twist, pull out

get the leds w/ resistors if you're going to do it. i went back to the halogens after several unsuccessful passes with incandescent leds.

Default One more question...

Any suggestions as to where i could order good LEDs with resistors? Ive been ordering my bulbs from Hoen...do they do DRL's...or are they the same as city lights?

Hoen has DRLs, but I think you'll run into the same problem w/out resistors regardless of a quality light.

go to autoillumination.com and look up resistors + 1156 bulbs. think there are some tutorials as well.

i went back the stockers and haven't looked back.

good luck!
