Yeah, I wanted to buy the car the Sunday after thanksgiving but they never answered my 3 calls....
Then I get a call at 5:30pm from the salesguy who's a friend of a friend saying that the sales manager would do ANYTHING to get me down there that night.
I went back & forth with them then called them back with an even lower offer at 6:50pm.... they closed at 7pm. They said yes & stayed open until 8:30pm when I picked it up.

I got my cable on Ebay. Works great & I bought my Dad one too.
Software comes with it but you can also download it from the Ross-Tech website.
