Everything I've heard, the 45mm offset should be fine with those....

it's definitely not an issue with the fenders. The 29mm, as someone suggested, would pose a problem.

have you ever rolled B7 fenders?

btw, he got it wrong, his rims are 45mm.

I got them directly from Audi corporate. They came off of a press car RS4 and I was told they were OEM.

Now I'm really confused.

Measure the width of the wheel and tell us. Real B7 RS4 wheels are 9" wide.

There's nothing to roll in the back whatsoever. In the front...

you might be able to get 2 or 3mm because the lip of the fender is not quite pinched flat against itself. I just had to deal with this on my car last week (as you may have read) and I got enough room to get rid of any sign of rubbing by taking out the screw at the top of the arch that holds the wheel liner, and cutting of the tab, but I have 8" wide et32 wheels with 235's (245's rubbed constantly). et29 is probably not going to happen unless they're 7.5" or something...
