Default low fuel pressure sensor

How long would it take a auto tech to replace the low pressure fuel sensor as opposed to doing it my self.
The dealer is quoting 1.5 hours..
It has been setting the check engine light on and off for the past few months. seems a pricey fix to me..
thanks
