Lowered on Eibach Sportline springs (PICS)
Sorry for all of the posts lately with pics of my car but I promise this will be the last time
I had a set of A4 B6 Eibach Sportline springs and I knew they would fit the B7 model. But I called up my friend who works @ Eibach in the R&D dept and he also verified it, and also said that they would be updating their website with the same spring part numbers on the B7, which has already been done.
At first, the Sportline springs (50mm drop, approx 1.8") looked like they might dump the car too low but afterwards, I kind of like it with no fender gap. Almost looks like 19" wheels would fit perfectly but I don't plan on buying any for this leased car. Just waiting for my 10mm/15mm MTM wheel spacers to show up Monday, I'll pop those on and that'll be it for my "mods" that I was planning on doing to this car..... for now
My list of mods done in the 2 weeks of owning the car:
- Lowered on Eibach Sportline springs
- 10mm/15mm MTM spacers used
- 35% window tint all around
- Debadged trunk
- Yellow H11 foglight bulbs installed
- Removed city light from headlamp housing
- Covered light behind passenger side Airbag button
- VAG'd seatbelt chime & remote-windows
Next mod, if I ever get around to it or can find the parts, add the Dietz 1417 and 1280 for an extra aud/vid input.
Here are some pics with the Eibach Sportline springs.

Re: Lowered on Eibach Sportline springs (PICS)
Looks great! Was wondering what the Eibachs would look like Unfortunately, looks a bit too low for the northeast and our winters, but if I were in a fair weather state, these would be great.
I am thinking of the Vogtland springs, which are around 1/2 inch higher than yours (1.4 inch claimed drop for the sport springs)

Eibach ProKit would have been maybe more ideal, but I can't complain since these were free
Free springs is always better than spending a couple hundred on new ones. Plus living in So Cal, the weather is always nice
