I've looked all over the place, but I can't seem to find a sound/video clip of a Milltek exhaust on an A4(B7)... I'm thinking of getting it, but I really want to hear how it sounds like first. Can anyone post a clip, or direct me to where I can find one?

Also, would getting a turbo-back be a better option vs. a cat-back?

I believe the only audio/vid clip of a B7 exhaust is AWE's--could be entirely wrong. A good friend has a B6 wagon with catback Milltek, loves it. Like Tgr_clw said, I've never heard of a single person dislike the tone.
Once I get my B7 next week, first thing that's going on is a Milltek & HFC

I've been runnin the setup now for almost 3 years, and i love the sound of it, and so does everyone that hears it.

I'm not sure what i'm gonna do when my b7 comes in next week. Its gonna be a toss up between AWE and Milltek
