I've got two kids, now they are in elementary and pre-K. My car is a B6 (2003) but the back seat is the same as the B7. I can say, based on my own experience with car seats and the Audi, you can only fit two car seats comfortably in the back. The middle is too narrow for another car seat, baby carrier, booster seat, or even a skinny teenager.

If you need to put more than two car seats in the car, its time for a minivan, or at least something bigger than an A4. You don't want to comprimise the safety of your most precious cargo.
