My kid just threw a golf ball into my tail pipe...seriously
I don't think it would be wise to leave it in there. I guess the best bet is to drop the exhaust and get it out. Any other ideas? BTW is there a center jack point on the rear. If not I will get 2 jacks and go at it on both sides.

Audi does not recommend it but you can use the rear center diff as a jack point.
I think it is easier (and safer) to jack from the front jack point on each side and place a stand under the rear jack point and the front subframe.
