Default New Audi USA lease deal

The new Audi USA lease deal is $369/mo, $0 down, no security deposit, 24 months, 10K miles per year. This might seem better than the deal that expired yesterday, but for the fact that the new lease offer is for a '06 2.0TQ with Tip and sunroof pkg., but not including Premium package (this + cold weather pkg. was on the old one). The MSRP is only $33,060. Also $575 Acquisition fee plus $350 lease terminination fee (both same as old offer). Anyone have stats or a guess as to which (the old or new) lease offer is better. I say the old one, since the MSRP was over $2500 more and the down payment then only $450 (if memory serves....)?

Interesting... looks like there was no change on the 3.2 Quattro 24mo lease deal.

Anyone have current or recent '06 A4 3.2 Quattro Sedan lease numbers, ideally 36mo, 12k? Really looking for the residual % and MF (rate).

Thanks,
Jason

When you say that, what do you mean? The deal that expired 11/30 included the Premium and Cold Weather packages in the description of the vehicle you get for $369/month. I know, I leased one under that deal. However, it had a $450 (I believe) down payment. I am not asking if the car they are offering for $369/mo is equally equipped - I know it isn't. What I am trying to get at is the net effect of the changes. Like what would your total dollars spent be (upfront and incrementaally) over the 24 months for similarly equipped cars.

Default Audi dealership sent out a flyer for $299/month lease

With a drive-off of $1650 at McKenna Audi in So Cal. My co-worker showed me the flyer he got in the mail. Don't know why he got it but his brother owns a B6 A4 that was purchased over a year ago (from a different So Cal Audi dealership). I'll ask him to bring in the flyer so I can copy all of the info from it. I believe it was to clear out the end of the year inventory. But for that price, I'm thinking tier 1 credit approval and the base model with no options A4.

Default That's from AOA's website.... the flyer I saw was a dealership specific flyer

For McKenna Audi in So Cal. I'll try to get the flyer so I can scan it & upload it.

Gottcha - I'm not disagreeing with you - proably based on that dealer's inventory, sales, etc. and may be a FWD CVT. The AOA site also shows a base FWD CVT for $349/mo zero down, maybe this delaer's dropping the monthly payment by making you pay a downpayment upfront.

I did the math and the "old" deal list price ($35,310) is 6.05% higher than the list price of the "new" deal ($33,060), yet the total 24-month out of pocket on the "old" deal is only 4.65% higher than on the "new" deal, so any way you look at it the "old" one is a better deal. 6.05% more car for only 4.65% more money.
