Changes:
A4/S4 Model Line:
The S4 sedan receives the aggressive DTM exterior bumpers, including front/rear carbon fiber trim as an option. The redesigned Symphony radio on the A4/S4/RS 4 now has the ability to play MP3-encoded CDs in the integrated 6-disc changer, has a larger screen with larger font, and the deletion of the cassette player.
A4 2.0T Sedan/Avant Highlights
Summary:
Offer structure has been simplified to two main packages (Premium/Convenience), instead of three from 2006 (Sunroof/Premium/Technology).
Wheels: New design base 16" wheel; 17" wheels: 5 double spoke wheel continues as an option; 3.2 has a new standard 3.2-specific 17" 5-spoke wheel from quattro GmbH.
Trip computer is available via the Convenience Package
Driver seat and mirror memory is no longer offered in the 2.0T.
2.0T models receive 4-spoke leather multi-function steering wheels. 2.0T S line Package keeps 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel, with shift paddles on automatic models.
Heated front seats as a stand-alone option. Heated rear seats are discontinued on 2.0T models.
All-season versions of the 18" wheels in the S line and Titanium Packages are now being offered

Audi seems to change option packages drastically nearly every year.
Often, the first model year of the base models of a line has the most content, to draw interest to the new line, and Audi then trims things as the years go by.
Personally, I think the "trimming" of the 2.0T content is tied directly to the fact that the performance margin between the 2.0 and 3.2 is so small that Audi needs to better differentiate between the 2 models to keep the more expensive (and profitable) V6 sales up.
There was a much larger (though that is subjective) disparity between the real world driving experiences of the 3.0 and 1.8 than there is between the 3.2 and 2.0.
