OEM HID question
my search is yielding some fuzzy answers here...
exactly what parts are needed to do a complete retrofit from the stock halogens to OEM HID? what general costs are associated with doing this?
also, has anyone installed an aftermarket HID kit? is it necessary to change the actual headlamps if i were to go this route?

IMHO, best thing to do is get projector housings if you'll be installing a aftermarket kit.
get oem or wait till whenever the aftermarket decides to make some. i'm not sure how well the reflector housings will shine the the beam. plus, i believe it's illegal in some areas.
try searching in the B6 section. it should be pretty similar as far as the install and what not. funny thing, all B6's came with projector housings, halogen and xenons. sucks for the B7.
