Several places carry them. B6 and B7 mirrors are the same.
epimporters.com, vagparts.com. They are not cheap, though. Epimporters wants over $900 for a pair!
These are the genuine articles.

Not that I would go through the trouble of making my A4 look like an S4 for the mirror housings but I found this auction and other similar ones like it pretty easily on ebay.
I found the chrome ones for half the price.

Question: how hard is it to swap the mirror housing?
I was looking at some of the ebay ads and most of them say that it's an easy job to swap the mirror housings out (but then any ebay auction would tell you it's easy to do something just to sell you the part). I was looking at the mirror housing and noticed 2 screws from underneath and that was it on the outside of the housing.
My question is, is it easy to swap the housings without having the remove the mirror from the door, and without having to remove the lens from the mirror housing? Do you just remove those 2 screws and does everything comes apart?

Not too difficult
You need to take off the bottom two screws, the mirror glass, and then there are 3 or 4 screws that hold the housing on to the mirror frame. Once those screws are off you just slide the cover off, replace it with the new cover, replace the screws, the bottom plate, the 2 screws, and then the mirror glass. Pretty straightforward, and you don't have to actually remove the whole assembly from the door.
Hope that helps.
