Possible to swap A4 tiptronic knob/gate with A3 DSG knob/leather boot/gate?

Possible to swap A4 tiptronic ****/gate with A3 DSG ****/leather boot/gate?
I think the DSG leather boot/**** looks sportier than the Tiptronic non leather boot on my B7 Avant. Is it possible to replace the A4 tip **** and aluminum gate with the ****/leather boot/gate from an A3 DSG? Not sure if it's a easy swap or if you can even get the DSG ****/boot/gate. Just curious
