Problem with CD changer symphony
Ok so yesterday while driving and listening to my CDs the CD stopped and I have a ERR SERVICE message on CD # 3. I can not load, eject or play any other of the CDs that are in already as well. Nothing happens. What to do?

The EXACT same thing (same error codes, etc.) happened to me on my '07 A4 Avant that had less then 2,000 miles on it. The dealer had to switch out the entire unit. No reasons were given as to why the error happened -- it just did.
