Rattles rattles rattles....
So there's a rattle somewhere in the back deck which is driving me nuts and with the colder weather the rattle is more apparent, especially if I'm driving around without the music turned on. Anybody remove the top cover and if so how? I guess I could ask Jet Jockey since he probably removed every single trim piece in his A4!
Lastly, the rear seats, it's not quite tight when it's latched in, again, anyway to adjust it so it's tighter so when I'm going over bumps I don't hear the rear seat backs bouncing against the latch pin.

Your post reminds me of some recent Car and Driver long term tests.
They tested a 330i BMW, and later a VW GTI. C/D ranted about all of the "problems" with the GTI, such as a rattles, and all the problems they had after they wrecked the car... (like a piece of trim that fell off...)
Then C/D stated the BMW was problem free, and only had a few "minor" problem: Like the key slot on the dash breaking (leaving them stranded), a wheel bearing that failed at 20K miles, a tendency to tramline, the rearview mirror falling off, etc... etc. And let's not forget about all the 335i BMWs overheating.
The point... it's just a rattle and the problem didn't leave you stranded. All the premium brands have their problems. Unfortunately, you have to pay to play.

No way to tighten the rear seat latches. The B6s have the same issue. People, including myself
have put some electrical tape around the bolt that the latch hooks onto so it creates more of a tighter fit.

Perhaps the others were built better =P Try some felt strips, those usually help.
I've added a few to the interior trim when the cold made them rattle more than I liked.
