Your car seemed completely rattle free when I drove it.

Default Yeah, pretty much I have it rattle free =D except in the mornings or been sitting out in the

cold for a long time but once it warms up, no rattles

Took me a while to find the rattle spots and fix them.

I've got one in the headliner between the lights and DS visor.

Default Thanks, I was gonna bust out the tools and look at the latch on the seat

Putting in a shim might be easier

Default Had a ride in a 2006 A4 3.2 - and it was completely free of rattles and squeeks

Mine is pretty free of that, just this seat issue and the rattle in the back.

Another rattle under the passenger seat, probably a wiring harness as it went away when I moved the seat forward and back. Happened twice, both times when I had to move the seat forward to make room for the summer tires.

Default If that doesn't work, get two small towels, like to dry hands and fold them up into

thirds. Place them between the seatback and the edge where the folded seats fit into (below latch) so that when you close the folded seats, it fits snuggly. Try that, I had to do that after the electrical tape wore out.
