Hi everyone.
I have a 2006 A4, which has the RNS E, as well as a Sirius receiver in the trunk cubby. (I don't have an ipod plug in the glove compartment). As I don't use the Sirius receiver anymore, is it possible to use the satellite radio cable in the trunk cubby to connect to a bluetooth interface instead, so that I can play music from my phone over the car's sound system? I've seen bluetooth interfaces that plug directly behind the radio unit, but not any that plug into the sat radio cable in the trunk. The ones that plug into the radio unit appear to be 8-pin with a a 3-2-3 configuration. The plug for the sat radio is also 8-pin, but 4-4 configuration, so a different plug. Any insights appreciated. Thanks.
