Scratches on the driver and passenger windows...

I've had my 2006 A4 since about October and got the windows tinted in February. With the nicer weather, I have been rolling down the windows more often. Two weeks ago I noticed some long scratches on the passenger window. Turns out there are scratches on the outside glass and matching ones on the tint inside. I also noticed similar scratches on the outside of the driver side window.
I've never had any problem like this with any of my other cars. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
Thanks!

You have some dust or dirt in the crack between your window and the felt piece along the glass that contacts it as it slides up and down. You just need to get that dust/debris out that is causing the scratches. If you roll the window all the way down you can wipe the insides of the two black surfaces that contact the window.
It will keep new scratches from happening, but you'll have to re-tint your windows to get rid of the scratches.
Hope that helps.
