Just wanted to follow up on my posts regarding what I had replaced and what it actually seemed to fix. So I went to the Audi Dealership and they replaced my PCV Valve and hoses and some of the gaskets as well which were thankfully covered under warranty. They also replaced a Manifold Adjusting Unit covered under warranty. The car now runs pretty much the way it was running before the rough idle started, so I'd say it fixed the problem! Also my MPG increased on the 2 hour drive back pretty significantly which is exciting. I still think the engine could be running a little smoother and from what I've read a carbon buildup could be the culprit. I'm now looking into some fuel injection induction services such as BG 44k induction service to get some of that carbon buildup out of the engine since I don't really have the confidence to take the engine manifold off and manually clean those puppies. Thanks to everyone for the help!

Don't bother with any fuel injection stuff - you have a direct injection engine, so no fuel goes into the intake manifold. Only solution for carbon buildup on the intake valves is mechanical disassemby and cleaning - I think blasting with walnut shells was one of the methods that has been discussed in various forums.
My car is a 2012 model Audi. Its engine was shaking a lot. The engine was a 2 liter turbo. When I went and had the engine checked, there were errors in the cylinders. If the ignition problem is the cause of the ignition problem, you can fix your car if you pay attention to the burnt spark plugs and coils. After I got these repaired, my car never shook again. My car has 130 thousand miles.
