Slight brake release sound at slow speed

I noticed that my brakes make a very very slight release sound when I come to just short of a full stop and then get off the brakes to hit the gas. Not sure if I just noticed it due to keeping the radio low today. Anyone else notice this on a B7? It's sort of a "grabby" sound, like the brakes pads are pulling away from the rotor. Above say 2 mph I don't hear it. I certainly don't notice any rub sound when coasting slowly, so I think they're fully disengaging. Nervous nilly here. Probably nothing. But thoughts are appreciated.

Not doing it this morning. It got washed at the Audi dealership yesterday (which I typically avoid), and I bet they used some sort of cleaner on the wheels. No way they got their fingers in my 18 spoke Titanium wheels and cleaned every one. They look good, but I bet some chemicals were involved. Maybe they're burned-up or dried up and things are back to normal.

No. Almost "tacky" and then a bit hollow like the pads were releasing and the disc was sort of resonating as a result. Hard to describe. Sorry. Gone now though.
