so I remember someone said the b7 tip trans is the same trans in the previous rs6..

just curious...because if it's really true there is no doubt it can handle a flash with zero problems.

should be the 6hp26. May have some diff components in it though. I'd feel good chipping it.

stinks that all the tuners dyno manual cars with their flashes....I'd volunteer to be flashed

so they can dyno my car...

i know that the max torque of the B7's tip is drastically higher than the B6's.

You sure they said RS6?

The RS6 had a 5-sped auto, the same one from the D2 A8 W12 which never made it to the states.

I had APR's first in my car as a Tip beta...

the main issue was not so much the software, they where fully confident in the Tranny and correctly so. The main issue was seeing if the coding of the two cars was diffrent since thr Trannys were....turned out they were one in the same.

It is the same 6 speed made by ZF that is in the S4.
