Default I see folks complain about it but I haven't read an answer to your question yet.

I just had it done and I wasn't asked to sign any form as talked about below and the dealer is mod friendly.

Default Mine done Friday, seems to have less of the low end 2nd gear sluggishness. Also RPM's in 5th and 6th

Default RPM's in 5th and 6th are lower? Um... pretty sure a ECU reflash wouldn't change gearing..

That's really not possible - does the car seem to run smoother in those gears?

Solved Problems with 2.0T software updates:

- Internal control module checksum errors
- Oil sedimentation at low temperatures and short distance driving
- Cold start issues
- Several fault codes caused by inappropriate software setup

Is it safe to assume the reflash will wipe out any performance programs
