3-Series Killer

Hi y'all,

I haven't activated my 3 month trial for Sirius yet because I'm disappointed in the sound quality of the 15 stations they provide in demo mode. It sounds more like AM radio. Is there a chance that my satellite module is bad or maybe wired wrong? Does it sound crappy just because it's in demo mode?

I know that some stations have more bandwidth than others and therefore sound better but from what I can tell from the 15 demo stations the quality is far inferior compared to FM.

BTW, I have Bose premium sound (ack!).

Any thoughts?

the sound quality of sirius is much worse than xm. I stuck with it for content though.

i am very disappointed with the sound quality of my sirius and i have a fairly decent system. i think it probably sounds better on the bose because a better system just make the crappy singal sound crappier. i only really use it for talk radio and listen to my ipod for music.
