hey guys - having a weird problem with my car (2005.5 3.2L) so twice today, when i went to start my car, the steering was locked and the car wouldn't let me start the ignition. after waiting for a few minutes, locking the car, and then retrying, the car started and ran without any problems. i don't know if this is a sign of electrical failure or what is going on. any ideas? thanksss =]

Try wiggling the steering wheel a bit with the key in and it should free up and let you turn the key. This happened to me a few times when I parked with my wheels turned sharply. I just stopped doing that and it doesn't happen anymore.

Every car has that. The wheel just locks if your key is removed from the ignition and you try turning the wheel. Its a anti theft feature cars have. So just turn your key and wiggle the wheel and it will unlock, just how"mscav" just said below me.
