steering wheel off after alignment?

I just had my car aligned after playing with my ride height and i noticed that the steering wheel is pointing to the left 15 degrees or so. I called the alignment shop and they said they have no idea what is wrong with it and to bring the car back in next week. This is my second alignment in 6 months and the first was fine, but was done somewhere else. Anyone have any idea how to fix this or what happened?. I'd rather check here before giving it back to those guys. Thanks

Audis are very difficult cars to aligin due to the multi-link suspension setup and raised toe adjustment.
The car may be "within" spec to the aligment machine, but it cannot be aligned correctly with the steering wheel offest and you will wear tires faster.

And in my case it was "not correctly installed" hence why the steering wheel was mis-aligned.
