Was driving last night on the freeway and I mashed the gas pedal a little bit and it got stucked. It wouldn't come up again. The throttle was just going. Luckily, the freeway was kinda empty. Had to brake hard and pull over to the side and turn of the engine. And I had to reach down and pull the pedal out. I have a B7 3.2tip. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would not drive it. If it was me I'd have left the pedal in the stuck position and had it towed "as is."
What part of the country are you in -- what was the temperature? How far down was the pedal stuck?
And you're saying you've done nothing to the carpeting/mat around your accelerator pedal, right?

I'm in LA. It was about 60deg. last night. And the pedal was down all the way. I tried everything when it happened. I was in Sport so I switch back to Normal and that didn't work. I pushed it over to Tip and that didn't work also. Thank God for the brakes. Our B7 really has good brakes. That was the only thing that kept my car from going.
And no, I haven't down anything on the carpeting or floor mats. I just have the OEM rubber mats on it. The car just hit 5k miles last night.
I had to get home though, that's why I had to pull out the pedal. I will bring it in Monday morning.

But not sure whether it was just a load of crap or the truth.
At any rate, yes, if you hit the brakes, the ECU will detect this and will cut the throttle. Try it yourself by mashing on the gas and hit the brakes, the throttle will cut after a second or two. Guess one of the 'benefits' of DBW.

When I went to test drive the car, the same thing happened. We were getting onto the onramp of the highway and i was in the process of shifting from 2nd to 3rd when the clutch got stuck to the floor. Needless to say, the salesman was pretty embarrassed. After about 10 mins of him pumping the pedal and shutting the car off, he finally got it to go. Still didnt stop my from buying the car tho!
