Default Talked to Joe Hoppen Today

I personally called Joe Hoppen today!! I told him that I wanted to run some tests on his software. He basically compared his MTM software to APR as a experienced professional to a person who just graduated high school. I told him that everybody on the forum loved APR and he sounded dis trout. I just wanted to know why if he has been in the buisness so long then why is APR dominating the market and getting better test results?? I am still get APR!!

Default .

his customer service sucks and he's the only distributer of MTM in US.

Then again APR's customer service sucks too.

Did you check MTM's prices on anything other than chips? They're crazy expensive.

I run MTM software on my car and have no complaints tho.

Default Thanks!

What is up with Hoppen?? My Master Audi mechanic loves MTM. I am not going to do that research and waist my time going to Florida. I was going to promote there product in hope of some free software upgrades and help them out!! Thanks for the info, huge help!!
Cheers!!

Default np

Just remember that it's an isolated case. I for one was fine with Hoppen's service (although a bit slow) and their software is one of the best for the B6 1.8T. I've literally had no problems since installing the K04 with MTM software last July (couple of blown off hoses due to increased boost and several blown coilpacks don't count). No funky CELs or anything like that.

Default Both are good, but APR are more accessible AND everyone on the forums jump on the train

what someone has is always the best, when you get a group of people with that one thing, they dont shut up. And people take it all as fact.
