Default trying to get these rims.

BOLT PATTERN: 5x112
OFF-SET: 30mm

will they fit on B7?

They'll fit, but will rub if you are too low. ET30 is right at the fender, especially on an 8.5"

Should be the width of the rim, if I'm not mistaken

Yuppers, so a wide rim with an aggressive offset will move the wheel outwards.
