Warning for lights on

Warning for lights on
Hello, i have b7 avant i noticed that when i turn off the engine, remove the key and ligths are on there is no signal or visual warning that lights are turned on. Any ideas ?

Are your headlights really on? Mine turn off as soon as I turn the engine off. If I have left the parking lights on, then I get a warning buzz as soon as I open the driver's side door.

When the switch is on low lights beam, when i turn off the engine the low beam lights turn off but parking lights are still on front and rear and there is now warning iven if i lock the car.
