Default I'm really enjoying my Ferodo DS2500s

albeit they're on the B5 w/ StopTechs, not on our B7

Default I tried a set of Carbotechs at the track...I was very happy with them.

They weren't grabby, modulated well, had no trouble with the heat (although I wasn't abusing them the way I should have). I'd give their street pads a shot.

Ferrodo 2500's are pretty good, but not sure if they are available for our calipers.

Hawk Blues are pretty decent for the street.

That would be my short list. When calling around for race pads, many were saying they don't make anything for our fitment yet. Same might hold true for street pads, limiting your options (and making a decision that much easier).

If you're doing any kind of canyon runs or such, maybe an entry level race pad would work? (assuming you live in a warm climate where the pads never get cold enough to create other issues) Rotor wear might be an issue, but rotors are cheap.

Default I liked my Bobcats... low dust, good bite and modulation...

but their friction seemed to drop off significantly towards the end of their life.

Default based on the descriptions of each, I'd look at the AX6

But not having first hand experience makes it a hollow suggestion.

on 3rd set of Bobcats over multiple Audis, like them a lot, no issues here.

Default AX6's are just dusty and pretty noisy.

If for the street I'd stick with the Bobcats. The difference in dust and noise between the Bobcat and AX6 is pretty substantial. So much so I don't even consider the AX6 a street pad.

Default I bought ATE..

..not sure if they're the OEM supplier or not, but since I replaced the rotors and pads I've noticed a significant decline in the amount of brake dust all over my rims! I drive pretty hard (no track) and they do what they're supposed to do at a good price.

Default Thats what I was worried about, the description says some noise and dust but doesnt compare it to

stock.

Bobcats it is. Where do I get them?
