The front camber settings for these car is not independently adjustable. Meaning, you can't adjust the left and right camber separately. You can however equalize the left/right camber together by shifting the subframe.
If your camber is out of wack there are very few places that will adjust the camber this way. It's a very time consuming process and not one that normal alignment shops will even attempt.
If that $199 quote includes this adjustment, then consider yourself lucky to find a shop to even attempt to do this.
But for a standard 4wheel alignment without touching the front camber issue, that's a little high of a price tag.
There's nothing inherently different with a Quattro model to make it more expensive than any other 4-wheel alignment (except for the front camber issue).

audi is weak like that .... they wouldn't give me an alignment even though my warranty stated they were free for 4 years/50k miles under the audi advantage program

thought that was too much. so tried my local big o tires and they said that same thing about not having the specs. Then some old timer there was scared off by the light sensors on the steering and almost threw me out of the shop, since I insisted that these sensors were for lights. dumb mechanic. I'm taking my car to some alignment specialists for just a front end for $47. we'll see how it turns out

my car has alomst 8000 mile son it now, I thought Audi giving a free one if needed in the first 6000 miles was very generous. No american car company will give you one if the muck up the alignment evena s early as 1000 miles.
Maybe other companys do this as well but I thought it was nice to hear that audi at least covers it for a certain period.
