So I have my 08 Audi 4 quattro s line. I have the aluminum 19' or 18' wheels and the car had been an accident before so the wheels aren't in the perfect condition so is there I could get them repaired? Or should I just look into new wheels

Depends on how bad the damage is - take them into a store that sells wheels and tyres and see what their opinion of the damage is? Yes they may be biased towards selling you new rims but if you take it to a couple different places, you'll like have a better idea of what could be repaired or not.
