My dealer tried to find a brilliant black B7 today for me:

Brilliant black
Ebony interior
Lighting package
Bose/XM
Navigation
Sport suspension
Headlight washers
Cold weather package
Convience package.

Not one available in the entire US w/or w/out the sport package. Closest one is on a boat 4 weeks out. Anyone else having this problem?

Your problem seems to be you option selection, most cars with nav will also have the audio package and the lighting package. If you want specific options and nothing more it is always best to order from the factory. Hope you find something that suits you.

I requested the lighting and audio (xm) package too, just forgot to put it in my post.

When dealers placed orders for the first cars there were only a few colors available. Part of why you see so many Quartz cars out there.

The only problem would be to get one from one of the neighboring states. I don't know if your dealer has a relationship with any other dealers in the area but they should. Did they want you to order it or were they trying to give you something they have. Its unfortunate but some dealers will try to do that, I could never understand that because the easiest customer to please is the one who knows exactly what he wants.
