Window close behavior

Window close behavior
Can somebody check the windows close function on their car for me?
Situation: Engine started, doors closed, window open (any window)
Action:
1) Use 1-touch up to close window
2) While windows are still closing, stop engine & pull key, all doors remains closed
Does the window continue to close, or does it stop closing?
On my old B6 it would continue to close.
On my B7, it stops closing. I need to pull window button again to close the rest of the way. Also 1-touch stops working after key is out.
Is this the way it is now?
I have remote windows mod done on my car.
Please state results, and whether you have the remote windows mod or the door stays unlocked mod done to your car.

If the car is turned off but the doors haven't been opened, the 1-up no longer works.
It's probably more of a "safety" thing as usual to prevent lawsuits and all that crap.
And I have the window settings changed also.

I'm pretty sure that one-touch never worked even before the changes
As I distinctivly remember needing to hold it down and I had the default settings for quite a while until I got my hands on a HEXCOM cable.

for me it sometimes closes and sometimes does not!!
I dont have the remote window feature unlocked just in case it mattered.
Sometimes when Im pulling the windows up and I turn of the car the windows continue closing but most of the time they do not.
