hi, man, I really need your help here, I got a 2004 Audi A4, First , my headlight on the left side is out ,then about a week later the right one is out. I also got"headlight dipped" warnings for them. Then I took it to the audi dealer, they checked it ,and said it's because of the ballast for the headlights. and It's freaking expensive to fix them, the more important is I dont want pay the dealer price. As a result, I can only drive it at daytime. Could u help me to get out of there? I dont really know a lot about cars. And I plan to buy one ballast from ebay, probably a set of kit also. then I will let my friend to help to set it up. But I have no idea what kind of ballast I should get and should I just do what u did , buying bulbs first, to see if it works. and a question , should I buy two ballasts or just one?

this thing bothers me alot , And I bought this car 3 months ago from a dealership.
